Blacks Ops 2 Sells Over 8 Million At Launch

Black Ops 2 launched last week on November 13th, and you can imagine that the latest instalment of the Call of Duty franchise would sell well. Black Ops 2 has shifted eight million units globally on PS3 and Xbox 360 in just 24 hours of going on sale. Black Ops 2 has managed to sell more than Halo 4 which wasn’t hard to imagine due to its multi-format release, but Halo 4 still sold an impressive 3 million in its opening day, for an exclusive title that is extremely well.

We are still waiting on Activision reveal the full figures of total sales after launch.
