Call Of Duty: Advanced Warfare Announced & Releases Nov 4th

It was only yesterday that a tweet was made via the official Call of Duty Twitter account teasing us that an announcement will be made this coming Sunday in regards to the next Call of Duty instalment, which has been in development for three years by Sledgehammer Games.

Well now scratch that big Sunday announcement, because Activision has let the cat out of the bag by revealing a gameplay trailer, the title of the game, a release date and Kevin Spacey…yes the next Call of Duty game will star Kevin Spacey and better still he looks to be playing the villain.

This year’s instalment will be called Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare and it will release worldwide on November 4th.  Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare will release for the PC, PS4 and Xbox One, presumably it will also release to the PS3 and Xbox 360.

Also coming via the official Call of Duty Twitter account it has been revealed that this was the intended big reveal for this Sunday, here’s what was said in a recent tweet  “This was scheduled for Sunday but it just leaked, so why wait?”
