Castlevania: Lords Of Shadow 2 Developer Diary Released

Konami has released a five minute video titled Developer Diary #1: Working With Dracula, which features Dave Cox and Enric Alvarez discussing the use of Dracula in Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 2.

In the new behind-the-scenes footage, Dave Cox (Producer of Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 2 and Studio Head of European Production for Konami) and Enric Alvarez (Head of Development at MercurySteam), discuss their decision to use Dracula as the central figure in the game, which marks the first time Dracula has been featured as a playable main character in the history of the Castlevania series.  The video also goes on to discuss the design choices they faced, amongst other details of the game’s development.

KONAMI is also calling for fans of Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 2 to submit questions for future videos via its social media channels. These will be answered by Dave and Enric in the months running up to the game’s release.

Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 2 will be released February 28th, for PlayStation®3, Xbox 360 and PC.
