Dark Souls DLC Coming to Consoles

Later this year Dark Souls Prepare to Die addition will be released on PC on August 24th, along with all new content, namely the free expansion called The Artorias of  the Abyss. Namco Bandai originally stated that all new content for the PC would be exclusive to it,but they have now released this trailer which proves otherwise.

IGN has reported that the DLC will cost 1200 Microsoft points on the Xbox 360 and $14.99 on the Playstation 3. This DLC will see new areas to explore, new boss encounters, new enemy types and new equipment. For the asking price you can expect this to be a lengthy area to explore that will no doubt prove to be just as challenging as the other areas in the game.

The Artorias of the Abyss will hit consoles sometime this winter in North America, no information as of yet has been given to a Europe release date, but check back here once we have more information.
