Dark Souls II Coming To PS4 & Xbox One
Bandai Namco has announced that Dark Souls II will be coming to the PS4 and Xbox One with the Scholar of The First Sin Edition. It will also be coming to PC, PS3 and Xbox 360. Dark Souls II: Scholar of The First Sin will come bundled with the three DLC chapters; Crown of The Sunken King, Crown of The Old Iron King and Crown of The Ivy King. But that is not all, as Bandai Namco has also announced that this edition of the game will also come with “an array of all-new content”.
Scholar of The First Sin will also feature new in-game events, NPC characters, deadly new enemies and various gameplay improvements. Obviously the PS4 and Xbox One versions of the game will look graphically enhanced over last gen, while the PC version will be DirectX11 compatible.
Dark Souls II: Scholar of The First Sin on the PS3, Xbox 360 and Direct X9 PC’s will have a scale update (ver.1.10) which will add a number of other new features such as new NPC’s to discover, new quests through Drangleic, improved balancing and online matchmaking. Those who already own the standard Dark Souls II on PC, PS3 and Xbox 360 will receive the ver.1.10 update for free.
Dark Souls II: Scholar of The First Sin will release for the PC, PS3, PS4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One on April 3rd 2015. In the mean time checkout the trailer above and the new gen screenshots below.
