Darksiders III release date, pre-orders and limited editions revealed

The long awaited third entry into apocalyptic action RPG Darksiders has at long last been given a worldwide release date.

Landing on November the 27th on PS4, PC and Xbox One, Darksider III puts you in the shoes of Fury, the…horseman (woman) of the apocalypse.

Along with the release the game will come with a pre-order bonus for those eager gamers as well as two special editions for the collectors.

The pre-order bonus for those purchasing from participating retailers include exclusive armour, an original skin and the likes, however for those that order from the PS and Microsoft store will get a choice of three for their bonus, those being Blades and Whip edition, Standard and Deluxe. This will provide a variety of dlc as well as 24 hour early access to the game. To be honest I find it a little obnoxious, over complicating the process for no good reason.

On the other hand, the collectors editions look pretty cool as detailed below.

The game is looking pretty cool so far from the gameplay on show, and it’s great that the series is being continued despite its relatively unsuccessful past. So hopefully this will turn out great like the previous, only do a bit better in terms of sales. You can take a look at a short gameplay trailer below.
