Update – Need For Speed: Most Wanted 2 has also been spotted via the same online retailer.

Original Story –
It’s becoming increasingly hard for publishers to keep their game announcements under wraps. EA’s Crysis 3 announcement was leaked last week via their own online service Origin, and now it seems that Dead Space 3 could be on the way in the not too distant future.

While this isn’t the first time we’ve heard of the possible sequel, the listing for pre-order via BT games does add to its credibility. Back in September, an IGN reader spotted a logo and concept art within a recorded segment for an Israeli news show, and later, Siliconera detailed the supposed setting for the sequel.

While the link to the pre-order page on BT has since been updated to remove any sign of Dead Space 3, listing the publisher as 2K Games, the ETA of 2011, it still retains the blurb of ‘Latest release in the Dead Space Franchise’. It certainly looks like EA’s been on their case to remove the details as quickly as possible.

Thankfully, thanks to the wonders of the ‘Print Screen’ key, IGN was able to grab this image before the details were removed –

IGN also notes that BT Games have previously been responsible for revealing the Jak and Daxter HD Collection, the multiplayer aspects of Mass Effect 3, and more recently had pre-order boxes for God Of War IV on their store shelves.

It’s certainly something to look forward to, as the Dead Space series has proven to be hugely successful for EA. Here’s hoping for an official announcement soon.
