Deal Of The Week: Dead Island
Every week I’ll be posting what I believe to be the deal of the week in regards to games. These will be online purchases only, so hopefully everyone will be able to grab them while they’re hot.
For everyone who has wanted to play Dead Island but never got the chance to, now’s the time as the Game Of The Year edition is being released on 6th July and can be bought for £14.99 on Play.com, available for both the Xbox 360 and Playstation 3. Don’t worry PC fans, you’ll be able pick this up even cheaper at £12.99 instead. Considering the normal edition can be purchased for roughly £20 in shops this is a great deal. The Game Of The Year edition includes the following:
- The original Dead Island game with all its updated patches
- The Ripper: A deadly combination of baseball bat and buzz saw that leaves attacking Zombies battered and bleeding
- Bloodbath Arena: Enter the arena and take on endless waves of zombies. Loot XP and items and take them into the main game.
- Ryder White: Play though the adventure as Ryder White and learn more about the mystery behind Dead Island
