Destiny 2 – Expansion II: Warmind out Now, Launch Trailer Released

The second expansion is out today for Destiny 2 with the Warmind.  The second expansion will feature a brand new story which follows the tale of legendary Guardian Ana Bray as she embarks on a mission to Mars to save the all-powerful artificial intelligence known as Rasputin from the clutches of evil.

In the expansion we will also get new exotic weapons and gear, such as the exotic Worldline Zero sword, the Polaris Lance Scout Rifle and the Huckleberry Submachine Gun.  There will also be the new wave-based survival mode Escalation Protocol, a new Raid Lair with Spire of Stairs, as well as new quests, Crucible maps, Strikes and much more.

To celebrate the launch of Warmind, Bungie and Activision has released its launch trailer, which you can find below.  Hopefully after the disappointments that has followed the launch of Destiny 2, I’m hoping this expansion puts the game back on track, and hopefully I won’t be asking too much of it.  Warmind is included in the Destiny 2 Expansion Pass or for individual purchase for PC, PS4 and Xbox One.
