GTA V broke sales records world wide, after it launched to a positive reception from critics and fans-alike! Now, even though things have been simmering down after the eventful release of the game, it looks like anticipation may rise yet again, as someone might just have let slip the mention of a next-gen release for the blockbuster game. That someone is Lazlow, from Rockstar Games. The reveal came from the voice clip where Lazlow answered a question, but I have yet to make sense of this!

Now, if they do make a next gen port of GTA V, it will be interesting to see what features they implement, that couldn’t be afforded by the current gen consoles. More importantly, would that mean that a PC version would be announced alongside the next gen version? I certainly hope so, as even though the game would basically remain the same, the graphics could be beautiful. We could see better shadows, more vehicles and pedestrians, better reflections, more particles and etc.

However, do be prepared to take this reveal with a pinch of salt, as nothing was said in clear words. Meaning, it was mostly just PR talk that devs used to avoid questions like these. However, that does not mean that the possibility does not exist and we may be playing GTA V the way it was meant to be played in the upcoming years! For the time being though, be sure to check out the audio clip mentioned above, below!
