Double Fine Kickstarter Passes $3 Million

The ‘Double Fine Adventure‘ Kickstarter has just surpassed the $3 million mark. Originally, Double Fine only asked for £400K to make their game, it’s such an achievement to have acquired the amount they have.

At the time of writing, Double Fine’s Kickstarter stands at $3,047,224. This is a sure sign that, despite big publishers not being interested in the adventure genre, gamers and fans will make sure it happens.

The ‘Double Fine Adventure‘ is due to appear on PC, Mac, Linux, iOS and Android platforms, but with $3 million they will surely have some other surprises for us!
