Dying Light – Steam Pre-Purchase Incentive Announced
A pre-purchase incentive has been announced for the free-roaming/free running zombie apocalyptic survival horror Dying Light. At this time, we only have information in regards to this incentive being available to those that pre-purchase via Steam for the PC, if we hear anything more in regards to the console versions of the game, we’ll update you right away.
By pre-purchasing on Steam, you will be granted with a new mode called Be The Zombie and the Steam exclusive weapon Punk Queen.
Below are details on the Steam pre-purchase incentives:
Be The Zombie:
Be the Zombie is a competitive asymmetric multiplayer mode that lets you invade other players’ games as the Night Hunter – an ultimate zombie with a unique set of deadly skills. By playing as the Night Hunter, you turn into a fast, agile and dangerous predator, whose objective is to hunt down human survivors.
Punk Queen:
Punk Queen is a powerful crowbar with every possible upgrade on board: batteries and wires for electrical damage, lighters for burning damage, acid containers, spikes, razors, and more. It’s the ultimate tool of destruction that alternates between special effects with each blow. Players who pre-purchase Dying Light on Steam will receive an exclusive blueprint enabling them to craft the weapon in the game.
Dying Light will release for the PC, PS3, PS4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One January 27th in North America and the 30th across Europe.
