E3 2013: 15 Minutes of Murdered: Soul Suspect Gameplay

Here is the interesting demo and interview that was shown over at E3. As you can see the game looks really different from your usual fare of generic games these days, and has this somewhat cheerful quality to it. Also, the setting and mechanics you can see in the video below look spectacular, and well thought out.

I especially love the voice acting and animation during the cutscenes, as they seem well choreographed and the acting seems solid, something that would definitely be a plus for a story based game such as this. Also, according to the games representative here, there are no ghost guns or anything like that in this game, there are enemies which once used to be ghosts but now have been corrupted into demons that devour human souls. Also, they are too powerful for a head-on confrontation, so the players will have to think on their feet to come up with different strategies to take them down, and ultimately rely on their own abilities and deduction skills to complete the experience.

The game is planned for an early 2014 release on the PC, PS3 and Xbox 360. Until then, be sure to check out the gameplay below!
