#E32017 Call of Duty: WWII Multiplayer Gameplay Reveal Trailers, Screenshots and Beta details

Finally we got to see the reveal of the Call of Duty: WWII multiplayer and from what I saw, it didn’t disappoint.  The maps look larger, less frantic and hopefully more team-based focused, rather than all John Rambo.  From the looks of things, it looks like we’ll also get vehicles, as we saw tanks and planes during the gameplay reveal, although they might be of the killstreak variety.  It was also quite cool to see players parachuting into the map.  You can watch the multiplayer gameplay reveal below.

Also a pre-order DLC pack was announced called the Divisions Pack, which is inspired by previous Call of Duty titles.

DIVISIONS PACK

  • Infantry Division riflemen are always in the thick of it with finely-tuned rifles and impeccable marksmanship.
  • Well-equipped with incendiary rounds and tactical grenades, the Expeditionary Division’s shotguns literally pack heat.
  • Airborne Division paratroopers endure extreme physical conditioning to outmaneuver opponents with their submachine guns.
  • Focused on stealth and target identification, Mountain Division snipers generate constant fear in the enemy and strike when least expected.
  • Armoured Division soldiers are the best supplied in battle and hold down positions with their explosives and light machine guns.

Additionally, three further trailers we released, two being flythrough videos of multiplayer maps Pointe Du Hoc and Ardennes, and the other being an explanation of the new mode called War Mode.

WAR MODE

War is an all-new game mode where players must work as a team to defeat the enemy. This narrative-driven Multiplayer experience immerses players in iconic World War II locations. Allied and Axis forces clash in team-driven assault and defend missions for key strategic objectives.

The multiplayer beta will also begin first on PS4 from August 25th for those that pre-order the game.  There are no dates as of yet for the PC and Xbox One beta.  You can also check out a batch of new screenshots below.

Call of Duty: WWII will release for PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on November 3rd.
