#E32017 Metro Exodus announced with gameplay trailer

After rumours in 2016, to what was somewhat of a shock reveal at the Xbox E3 conference, the sequel to Metro: Last Light was announced to the world with Metro: Exodus.  Set in the year 2036, once more you play as Artyom and you must survive against the hazardous mutations, harsh post-apocalyptic weather conditions and of course villainous raiders of the Moscow Metro.  The game will also introduce an open-sandbox world with “non linear levels.”

Metro: Exodus will release on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One sometime in 2018.  You can watch its reveal trailer below, as well as a batch of new screenshots.
