First gameplay footage of Batman: Arkham City

Well after what seemed like an unending stream of screenshots, second hand impression and vague cinematic trailers we FINALLY have a video that shows Batman: Arkham City in motion, and what’s more it’s surprisingly classy!

Admittedly this isn’t raw gameplay footage, so it’s almost certainly been doctored to look a lot sharper than the eventual retail product. But to be honest, who cares at this point? Even if it’s “only” half as good as Arkham Asylum it would still warrant a purchase!

Don’t get too exited though, current release dates pin Arkham City for a painfully far off October 21st release for the UK. But at least that gives the poor saps (such as myself) who have somehow never found the time to play through Arkham Asylum long enough to catch up.
