Flight Of The Amazon Queen Is Free On GOG

Awesome news for classic point and click fans as the immensely fun and witty, “Flight Of The Amazon Queen”, is now free on GOG. The game follows the story of  Joe King, a talented pilot that flies the plane “Amazon Queen”, who after setting out on what appears to be a simple job one day gets tangled in life threatening situations where he must outwit his rival, “The flying dutchman” and foil the plans of the evil Dr. Frank Ironstein.

The game was first released in 1995 and supported some crisply drawn visuals with great sound effects, all accompanying an interesting storyline. So if you haven’t played this classic yet or want to play it again, be sure to go over to GOG and download it free of charge!

Also, if you were to make an account for GOG, you will also be pleased to know that the timeless classic Beneath the Steel Sky is also given free of charge and is dropped in to your game library. If you like that game then you should totally get the remastered version on an iPod or iPhone where it supports some impressive visuals.
