After Major Nelson (real name Larry Hryb) followed a page in relation to Halo Wars 2, a whole bunch of beta details and screenshots were leaked.  The information included that for all those with an active Gold subscription for Xbox One, you will be able to take part in the multiplayer beta which starts on Monday June 13th and ends Monday June 20th.  This of course pretty much guarantees that there will be an E3 gameplay reveal of Halo Wars 2 this weekend, with the beta kicking off a day before the event.

The beta will be playable for up-to six players and has a download file size of just over 13GB.  Halo Wars 2 is being co-developed by 343 Industries and The Creative Assembly.

Below you can see the image that appeared on the Xbox One Marketplace and a whole batch of all-new screenshots.  Halo Wars 2 is expected to release during Q4 of this year.
