Here’s Some New Screenshots (and a gif) of Streets of Rage 4

When Streets of Rage 4 was unexpectedly announced last year, it was welcomed with open arms from veteran fans of the series and new fans alike.  Boasting the gameplay that fans know and love, mixed with a new hand-drawn art-style that would welcome the series into a new generation.

Since its announcement, we’ve not heard or seen little else from the highly anticipated title, however, thanks to IGN First, publisher DotEmu has released four new screenshots and a gif for good measure.  You can check out the new screenshots and the gif in question below.

Streets of Rage 4 is developed by Lizardcube, who brought us the quite brilliant remake, Wonder Boy: The Dragon’s Trap and will release sometime this year for PC, PS4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch.
