Here’s the First Gameplay Trailer for Call of Duty WWII The War Machine Featuring Dogfights

Late last month, the second DLC Map Pack for Call of Duty: WWII was announced with The War Machine.  The DLC promises to bring three new multiplayer maps (one being a re-imagining of the Modern Warfare Shipment map), the next chapter in the Zombies saga and a new Operations mission.

As enjoyable as all the maps look to be, especially the one set around the Egyptian pyramids, for me the standout news from the content is that the Operation: Husk mission will feature aerial dogfights.  Obviously we have seen this in other shooters of the similar nature, in particular Battlefield 1, but it’s somewhat of no fly zone for the Call of Duty franchise and from what I can tell via the trailer below, is that you seen to have control of the planes, which is awesome.

DLC Pack 2; The War Machine will be available first for PlayStation 4 from April 10th, then about a month later for PC and Xbox One.  I labelled Call of Duty: WWII as a “return to form for the series”, you can find out by reading our review here.
