Here’s the First Next-Gen Gameplay Trailer for Assassin’s Creed: Valhalla #InsideXbox

At the returning Inside Xbox, we got to see a glimpse of the first gameplay (and it was quite literally a glimpse of actual gameplay) for the highly anticipated Assassin’s Creed: Valhalla running on the Xbox Series X, which will take us to the age of the Viking during England’s Dark Ages, leading our Viking clan as the charismatic Eivor.  Just like Assassin’s Creed: Odyssey, we will get to choose to play as a male or female lead character, as we take charge in an open-world Norway and England, and visit such iconic locations as Stonehenge.

In Assassin’s Creed: Valhalla, the choices that we make, either during dialogue or during the heat of the battle, will have an impact on your story and the characters that surround you.  We will also raid and grow our very own settlements, with the fate of the clan resting in your hands.  It has also been revealed that Valhalla will be smaller in scale to that of Odyssey, which I’m happy about, because sometimes this series has gotten a little over bloated with content in most recent installments.

Assassin’s Creed: Valhalla will release this fall for PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X and Google Stadia.
