Those of you looking for a reason to spend money on games, look no further. The Indie Royale: April Fools Bundle is now available.

The included titles are as follows:

  • Defense Grid: The Awakening is a beautiful tower defense game developed by Hidden Path Entertainment. The aim is to keep alien enemies from stealing power cores at all costs. I will warn you now, it’s hard to put down once you’ve started.
  • Hack, Slash, Loot is a single player turn based dungeon crawler developed by OddballDave. The game is all about getting the loot no matter the cost.  The game creates a new, unique dungeon each time you start. You’ll never see the same environment twice. There are thousands of items to find and collect through sprawling dungeons. Did I mention the loot?
  • Alien Zombie Megadeath is a good old fashioned platform shoot-em-up developed by PomPom Games. You’re a spaceman minding his own business when an Alien Zombie attack ruins your day. Kill them all.
  • Explodemon, developed by Curve Studios pays homage to SNES era platformers with a modern physics twist. The game features 12 levels, up-close and personal combat, and brings an old genre into a new era.

Those that pay more for the bundle than the current average rate will be rewarded with a bonus game, Astro Tripper. Another title from PomPom Games, it challenges players to take their highly maneuverable ship through waves of relentless enemies. Pay more than the average and swear at your TV. Isn’t that what it always comes down to?

The April Fools Bundle will be available until Sunday, April 8th. Go and support the indie scene.
