Injustice 2 Legendary Edition Launch Trailer Released

Injustice 2 Legendary Edition releases this week and ahead of its launch, WB Games and NetherRealm Studios has released its launch trailer.  Injustice 2 Legendary Edition in a nutshell is pretty much a Game of the Year Edition and as my own opinion; it deserves that acclaim in its genre for last year.

Injustice 2 Legendary Edition which releases this week both physically and digitally for PC, PS4 and Xbox One, will feature all downloadable content released, including all the Premium Skins that released as part of the Ultimate Edition.  Added DLC details can be found underneath the launch trailer below, courtesy of the official press release.

In addition to all its Game of the Year-like content, accompanying the launch of the Legendary Edition will be additional content for all owners of Injustice 2, regardless of the version owned.  The free content includes an expanded tutorial mode with the Learn Hub, new Gear for all characters, an increased character level cap of 30 and an additional Augment Slot will also be unlocked for each character once level 30 is reached.

Injustice 2 – Legendary Edition offers the ultimate DC Super Hero and Super-Villain fighting game experience and packages the main game with the following downloadable content:

  • All downloadable playable characters: Darkseid, Red Hood, Starfire, Sub-Zero, Black Manta, Raiden, Hellboy, The Atom, Enchantress and The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.
  • Premiere skins available from the Injustice™ 2 Ultimate Edition including Power Girl, John Stewart Green Lantern, Reverse-Flash, Grid and Black Lightning each with unique looks, voices, and dialogue.

In addition to the packaged content, enhancements that will be for available to all Injustice™ 2 – Legendary Edition and Injustice™ 2 owners include:

  • The introduction of the Learn Hub, the game’s expanded tutorial
  • New Gear items for all characters have been added
  • The character level cap is increased to 30
  • A new Augment Slot is available at level 30
