Insurgency Sandstorm Hosting Open Beta This Weekend

Great news for those still waiting to try out Insurgency: Sandstorm, as the game will be getting an Open Beta this weekend starting from the 7th of December and running through the weekend, bringing players an action packed and strategic experience complete with high lethality gunplay to an atmospherically minimal HUD.

A new trailer was also released for the game to complement the announcement, one that has been narrated by game’s lead designer Michael Tsarouhas who brings the viewers attention to the various gameplay features including the weapons and vehicles. Everything seen in this video will be available in the Open Beta for everyone.

 

Insurgency: Sandstorm is set for release next year and is currently available for pre-order with special in-game rewards, plus they’ll be an additional 10% discount for those that do pre-order. Lastly for those unaware and have only mainly seen the debut trailer, the game will not be featuring a campaign as initially promised.
