Investor Report Hints That Alan Wake 2 Might Be In “Full Production”

Rumours that Alan Wake 2 might soon begin production have been circulating for a while now. However, a recent investor report has hinted that the prospect might be a reality.

As reported by Eurogamer, an announced project as well as a “smaller-scale game” is in production. It is believed that one of those games (likely not the small production” could be Alan Wake 2.

A section of the investor report reads: “Remedy’s AAA game project with Epic Games has moved into full production, and a second, smaller-scale game remains in full production mode.”

We do know that Alan Wake developer Remedy Entertainment has a deal in place with Epic Games to take two games that will be exclusive to the Epic Games Store. However, we do not know for sure if any of the two games in development is related to Alan Wake. Yet as the old saying goes, “there’s no smoke without fire.”

In an ideal world, I would love one of the two games to be Alan Wake 2 and the “smaller-scale game” to be a remaster of the original Alan Wake. Hopefully, we will get some official confirmation this year, and when we do, we will update you right away.
