Italian Giants Juventus Returns to PES 2020 in Latest Konami Partnership Deal

Much like Bayern Munich, Juventus was once an ever present football team in the Pro Evolution Soccer series, but in recent years, they have been absent.  Well that’s a lie, because Juventus were present, but were represented under a fake name and kits, however, most player likenesses were present, thankfully.

However, Konami has just announced Juventus as their latest partnership deal, meaning that we’ll not only get fully 3D scanned player likeness, as well as an authentic Allianz Stadium, but we’ll also get authentic kits and sponsorship’s.  And in a twist to the tale, the FIFA series and any other football game for that matter, will now have to use a fake name for Juventus, as well as using generic kits and badges, however, player likenesses and names such as Cristiano Ronaldo and Aaron Ramsey will be present.  So in FIFA 20, Juventus will now be known as Piemonte Calcio.

As with all recently announced Konami partnerships, Juventus will be represented by a PES Ambassador, which will be Bosnian midfielder, Miralem Pjanić and we’ll also get Juve and Czech legend Pavel Nedvěd and more.

eFootball PES 2020 will release for PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on September 10th.
