Killer Is Dead Will Now Be Releasing On May 23rd For PC

The PC version of Killer Is Dead, which was supposed to originally release on the 9th will now be releasing on the 23rd if the Steam listings are to be believed. The game is not available for pre-purchase from there yet, but it hopefully should be soon. Also, if you are unaware, we had written about the requirements that were revealed a while ago, so go here to check and see if your PC will be able to run this game.

Killer Is Dead is set in a not-so-distant future, similar to (but not the same as) the world we know now. The players take control of an executioner named Mondo Zappa who wields a Japanese sword in his right hand and brandishes interchangeable weapons in his artificial left arm. His ultimate goal is to execute various heinous criminals scattered around the world and beyond.

On top of that, completely unique visuals and outstanding stylish action comes together to deliver an unprecedented gaming experience in Killer Is Dead. The action title is jointly developed by Kadokawa Games and Grasshopper Manufacture, with Suda51 lending his trademark sense of style at the helm and Akira Yamaoka once again showing his brilliance through the game’s hectic music.
