Konami Reveal First 7 or 9 Officially Licensed Leagues in PES 2019

So ever since Konami lost the official license to use the UEFA competitions in the PES series such as the Champions League and Europa League, it has been said that in terms of domestic league competitions, that PES 2019 will offer more than any other game in the series and with that, Konami has revealed the first seven of nine officially licensed leagues to be used in this year’s game.

So what are these leagues in question? Well they are as followed, the Danish Superliga, Portugal’s Liga NOS, the Scottish Ladbrokes Premiership, the Belgium Pro League, the Swiss Super League and the Argentina’s Superliga.  Finally, the Russian Premier Liga will be exclusive to PES 2019.

The remaining two officially licensed leagues will be announced at a later date, but what will they be?  All in all, PES 2019 will feature over 130 newly licensed football teams which is said to be “a huge increase on previous titles in the series.
