Mafia III release date announced with epic new trailer & screenshots

2K and Hangar 13 have announced the release date for the highly anticipated Mafia III for PC, PS4 and Xbox One.  Mafia III will release this year on October 7th.

Along with the announcement, 2K has also revealed the box art, a batch of new screenshots and an all-new story trailer.  A Deluxe Edition of the game will also be available at launch which will include the season pass, along with the game.  Also, for those that pre-order the game, you will be gifted with the Family Kick-Back Pack, which includes three vehicles and weapons.

In the new story trailer we see how much family means to our lead protagonist and Vietnam veteran Lincoln Clay in the fictional city New Bordeaux (influenced by New Orleans).  You can watch the new story trailer above and checkout the new screenshots and box art below.
