Mass Effect – Here’s the new trailer for the BioWare RPG

Electronic Arts and BioWare have certainly kept us waiting, but finally, we’ve been treated to a new trailer for the next Mass Effect game. Happy days!

The next Mass Effect was announced in November 2020, before a reveal trailer was released at The Game Awards the following month which featured the series’ favourite character, Liara. However, it wasn’t until April 2022 when BioWare announced that Mass Effect was in development.

Fast forward to N7 Day this week and BioWare has now released a new teaser trailer for the upcoming Mass Effect. The trailer only clocks in at 35 seconds and features a disguised character in an N7 outfit, but it’s certainly enough to excite fans (me included). To me, this looks like a female character, so could it be FemShep? Only time will tell.

At this time, we still do not have a release date. That being said, judging by the timings of previous reveals, hopefully, we’ll learn more at The Game Awards next month on 7 December.

It’s likely that the new Mass Effect will be released on PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.
