Bioware’s acclaimed Mass Effect trilogy is to be released as a compilation, it has been announced. The set, featuring foil artwork of Commander Shephard, is priced at $59.99, and is dated for release on the 6th of November for Xbox 360 and PC, with a PS3 version planned for a later date, bringing the original Mass Effect to the PS3 for the first time.
Interestingly, no Wii-U version has been announced, which is likely due to Mass Effect 3 being released for the console on the 16th of November, just 8 days after the release of the Mass Effect Trilogy.
On a related note, Bioware also announced N7 Day, which will be a “worldwide celebration” on November 7th, and will include in-game, online and live events. More details to come soon.
Update: The November 6th release date is, at the moment, North America only. No release information for other territories has been announced.
