With Max Payne 3 soon on the way to dive side-ways in slow motion, Rockstar have provided us with updates to share with you all.

First up is the Official Box Art for the title, soon to be appearing on store shelves for Pre-Orders. The cover showcases artwork of a scarred Max against the torrid backdrop of São Paulo’s helicopter-strewn skyline – alongside the danger of the city’s underground criminal element and one of its Brazilian bombshells.

The full game will be releasing May 15th in North American and May 18th in Europe, meaning that it’s not too long until you can get your eyes on Rockstar’s take on the popular series

Rockstar have also revealed an interesting prospect for members of their Social Club. If you have yet to sign up for Rockstar’s service which lets you compare statistics and other information from their titles, head over now as by entering your information you can have a shot at getting your name inscribed on a specifically reserved tombstone in the Cemetery multiplayer map. For more information, see this link.

Max Payne 3 is definitely shaping up to be one awesome action blockbuster for the summer months, especially with the rather unique sounding multiplayer setup which varies up the gameplay between matches through use of a narrative based objective mode.

Max Payne 3 will be releasing May 15th in North American and May 18th in Europe for the Xbox 360, PS3 and PC.
