Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain Release Date Leaked
We covered a story on Monday regarding that a big Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain announcement was to be made this coming Wednesday at 2pm UK time, many was expecting it to finally be the official release date for the game, with Konami even launching a countdown website over the next 48 hours. Now it seems that the announcement has been unofficially revealed from a leak spotted by an eagled-eyed NeoGAF user, who had found a series of video interviews with Hideo Kojima on IGN’s server. These interviews just so happened to reveal the worldwide release date for The Phantom Pain! The release date stated that the game will release on September 1st 2015.
Obviously Konami and IGN will still make their official announcement’s later today and I for one, am very much looking forward to hearing those interviews with Hideo Kojima and when their officially released, we’ll update you right away, along with any further MGSV news (Metal Gear Online beta please).
Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain will release for the PC, PS3, PS4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One.
