Mirror’s Edge 2 is still in Production
Over the past few weeks fans of the Mirror’s Edge franchise have been eagerly waiting to receive some news if Mirror’s Edge 2 is still in production. It seems EA’s Former general manager of Easy Studio, Ben Cousins, has slipped up and revealed that DICE is working on a sequel to the first-person free-running platformer Mirror’s Edge.
The notification that the title is in production came from a tweet from Cousins, who is the manager of ngmoco Sweden.
“It is general knowledge in the Stockholm dev scene that Mirror’s Edge 2 is in production at DICE,”
The tweet also coincides with a recent article on EuroGamer regarding DICE stating that they aren’t only working on Battlefield titles.
We’re are waiting for an official confirmation from EA, for now Mirror’s Edge 2 is still something we are wishing for.
