Naughty Dog shares new concept art for The Last of Us multiplayer game
Naughty Dog has shared a new piece of concept art for the upcoming The Last of Us multiplayer game.
The Last of Us multiplayer mode was first announced in June 2022. The new concept art in question features two unnamed characters in what appears to be an abandoned town with a huge Cruise ship that has crashed onto the shore. I like to think that this ship will be explorable as well as its surrounding area.
The artwork reveal was in celebration of 10 years since the launch of The Last of Us this coming June. The original game launched for the PS3 way back on June 14th, 2013. Before being remastered for the PS4 and then getting a PS5 remake in 2022.
Naughty Dog also shared in a blog post that the series has now sold over 37 million copies worldwide which includes The Last of Us (2013), The Last of Us: Remastered (2014), The Last of Us: Part 2 (2020) and finally, The Last of Us: Part 1 (2022).
Those sales numbers which surely increase over time when the standalone multiplayer game arrives, as well as The Last of Us: Part 1 coming to PC on March 3rd.

At this time, The Last of Us multiplayer game does not have a release date, nor does it have platforms officially revealed. Furthermore, we don’t know whether it will be paid for or free-to-play. All we know is that it will launch for PS5 and maybe PC.
