New Hero Mode Detailed in Captain Tsubasa: Rise of New Champions

Bandai Namco has detailed a singleplayer episode that will be included in Captain Tsubasa: Rise of the New Champions, to go alongside the main campaign which sees you play as protagonist, Captain Tsubasa.

In Episode “New Hero” you will be able to create your very own hero as they will then be able to climb through the ranks of the school tournaments with the aim of competing against Tsubasa Ozora’s team, Nankatsu Middle School and earn your place in the New Hero League.

You will kick-off your career once you created your player including the likeness, skills and the middle school in which they will represent.  Then not only will you begin your carer to climb up the ranks, but your very own story will unfold as you forge friendships to increase your Friend Rank.  Building a solid friendship will improve your overall qualities as a team, giving you an edge against your rivals.

Captain Tsubasa: Rise of New Champions will release later this year for PC, PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch.
