New Mafia III Gameplay, developer reveals further plot details

 

Courtesy of Game Informer, they got to chat with the developers at 2K Czech and they not only talked about the forthcoming Mafia III, but they also revealed some new gameplay footage.  The gameplay shown reveals much of the combat that will feature in the game, as well as some driving sections.

The developers also spoke of how the main protagonist Lincoln Clay takes on the various mobs of New Orleans, all while forming his own gang and rising to the top of the city.  On top of that Lincoln must deal with the issues of being a mixed raced Vietnam War veteran in the late 1960’s.  You can keep track of Game Informers coverage and subscribe to their magazine, so you never miss a trick.

Mafia III will release for the PC, PS4 and Xbox One next year.
