Rockstar Games have released four new Max Payne 3 screenshots, showing off the PC graphics powered by NVIDIA.

With the latest Nvidia GeForce GTX 680 getting rave reviews (PC Pro and TechRadar being two examples), Rockstar Games have decided it’s time to show off how NVIDIA can enhance your Max Payne 3 experience with four new screenshots.

Part of the Max Payne series’ charm has been about its presentation, with the earlier games having a rough look to them, providing a certain stylish grittiness that helped enhance the atmosphere. With Max Payne 3 set in an exotic country (Brazil) and town (Sao Paulo), Rockstar Games know they have to the graphics look good while still retaining the dirty, chaotic aura Max Payne series brings to the table.

Rockstar Games have reported that Direct X 11 will be supported and 3D will also be a feature for those lucky enough to have the correct 3D set-up. However, Rockstar Games also knows that not everyone has the state-of-the-art PC and so have taken steps to ensure many hardware configurations will see Max Payne 3 run.

It looks like PC Windows owners are in for a treat.
