At last weekends PAX Australia event, Chris Roberts showed off the latest addition to its CryEngine powered persistent-world super space pilot simulator, Star Citizen. The Wing Commander developer was on hand giving the public a first look at the long talked about first person module for the game. The gameplay not only offers a look at a conventional head-on team vs. team incursion, but with a flick of a switch the gravity on the ship is turned off and it soon becomes a very tactical Zero-G fire fight.

No confirmed release date for this module. You can buy a ship now for as little as  $45.00 which also gets you the final game and beta access. Star Citizen‘s estimated retail release date is expected on PC and Linux sometime in 2015.

Aim for the head, shoot for the stars!
