Obsidian Entertainment has revealed the first screenshot of its new project, Kickstarter-funded RPG Project Eternity.

The game’s first screen features luscious greenery, a waterfall and the entrance to what appears to be a dungeon.

Although similar to its previous Infinity Engine games, Obsidian now has access to more advanced rendering packages, which, according to the developer, will allow them to create more detailed trees and grass, which you can clearly see in the screenshot.

Project Eternity looks quite promising, and its Kickstarter campaign ends on the 16th of October. It’s already smashed the funding target of $1.1 million, so keep a close eye on this in the future.
