A Counter-Strike: Global Offensive fan over on the Steam forums that goes by the username “cnnoi33sno” has discovered references to the Half-Life universe in Counter-Strike: Global Offensive’s Closed Beta’s textures.

Blue Mesa Airlines is a reference to Black Mesa Research Facility from the first Half-Life.

This texture is of a poster which has a picture of a crowbar (melee weapon used in Half-Life) with the words “Raising the Bar” which is a book published by Valve about the Half-Life 2 development process you can find here.

Half-Life characters Gordon, Eli, Dr. Breen and Barney Calhoun names are mentioned on this white board.

What could these dates possibly mean?

Reddit users have been looking into this further here.
