Resident Evil 0 HD to release January 19th

Capcom has announced that the Resident Evil 0 HD Remaster will release in Europe on January 19th and is available to pre-order now digitally.  The three days later, the Resident Evil Origins Collection will be available at retail on the 22nd.

Resident Evil 0 will cost £15.99/€19.99 and will come with some pre-order bonus content, which includes an exclusive costume pack that features a Rebecca Chambers Capcom themed cheerleader outfit and Billy Cohen armed as a member of Wolf Force.  Additionally, Rebecca will also have a Resident Evil 0 t-shirt to wear in the game (images below).  However, this pre-order bonus content will not be available for the Xbox 360.

The Resident Evil 0 HD Remaster will not only come with improved visuals and textures, and an improved control system, but it will also include an all new mode called Wesker Mode, where you will be able to take on challenges of the mansion as the series most iconic villain.

Resident Evil 0 HD Remaster will be available for PC, PS3, PS4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One.

Earlier in the year, we scored the Resident Evil HD Remaster (included in the Resident Evil Origins Collection) a respectable 8.9; you can read our review here.  While you’re at it, you can also read our review of Resident Evil: Revelations 2, which scored an 8.5.
