Capcom has promised that among all the forthcoming HD remasters, that details for Resident Evil 7 will be released soon.  When speaking to Dengeki PlayStation (via Siliconera), Resident Evil producer Masachika Kawata said that news for Resident Evil 7 is on the way.

Kawata said “We’re currently not at a state to talk about it… but please stay tuned,” he added. “And of course I believe that we should produce titles that bring out the horror. I’m thinking about it and also preparing for it.

The magazine also asked whether we’d be seeing a new Devil May Cry and Dragons Dogma anytime soon, though the news wasn’t so positive when he said “They’re also things I’d like to personally do, but there are no plans (for now),” said Kawata.

But we do have some other good news, in the form of some all new Umbrella Corps gameplay.  In the gameplay video, we see the developers go head-to-head in a competitive 3 vs. 3 battle.  The mode that they are playing is called One Life Match Mode, which yes, as you’ve guessed; players will not respawn following death, all within a tight 3-minute time limit.

Umbrella Corps releases for PC and PS4 early 2016.
