Resident Evil HD & Resident Evil Revelations 2 Trailers, Both Set For Early 2015 Release & Coming To New Gen!

Today during Playstations Pre Tokyo Gameshow conference, they announced that both Resident Evil HD and Resident Evil Revelations 2 will both release during early 2015.  Now this is for the Japanese release schedule, but it’s safe to assume that other regions will also be within that early 2015 window.

Resident Evil Revelations 2 will release for the PC, PS3 and Xbox 360, also at the very end of the trailer it shows the PS4 and Xbox One logo’s, and I’m sure you know what that means. You can check out the reveal trailer for Resident Evil Revelations 2 above.  Though it seems that rather than Resident Evil Revelations 2 featuring Chris Redfield and Jill Valentine, it will now have a new set of characters for the new setting.

More details are promised to be released when the actual Tokyo Gameshow officially kicks-off.

Also as an added bonus, Capcom has released the first gameplay trailer for Resident Evil HD, to which you can find below.  Resident Evil HD will not only come equipped with full 1080p visuals (for the new gen versions), but it will also support 5.1 surround sound audio, players will be able to choose to play the game in either 4:1 or 16:9 ratio and will be able to pick between the classic control scheme or a new updated version.

Resident Evil HD will release for the PC, PS3, PS4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One.
