I officially name this week “Resident Evil” week, as we’ve already had that leak, then yesterday we had details and screenshots officially revealed, that also detailed that Resident Evil: Revelations 2 will be released as episodic DLC, then later as physical content.  Now today we have the first actual gameplay trailer for Resident Evil: Revelations 2 and its fair to say that it’s looking downright awesome, even at this early stage.

As revealed previously in the plot details, Claire is attending her very own welcoming party into the anti-bioterrorism organisation Terra Save.  Then the party is gatecrased by a Special Forces team, which resulted with Claire and daughter of Barry Burton; Moira awakening in an abandoned detention facility.  The new gameplay trailer reveals those scenes in action, with the eerie location and terrifying new enemies known as the Afflicted.  Have a watch for yourself and let us know your thoughts in the comments section below.

Resident Evil: Revelations 2 will release for the PC, PS3, PS4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One early 2015, so too will Resident Evil HD.
