Resident Evil: Revelations 2 – Will Barry Burton Be Playable?

The ESRB has published its rating for the forthcoming Resident Evil: Revelations 2 and in its description it strongly hints that a third character will be playable within the game and by the looks of things, it could very well be the legend that is Barry Burton.  In the ESRB description it reads “This is an action-adventure game in which players assume the roles of an imprisoned woman and a father searching for his daughter on an island,”.  Now if you’ve been keeping up with the game, then you should know that the already two confirmed characters are Claire Redfield and Moira Burton (the daughter of Barry Burton).

Capcom hasn’t confirmed this news as of yet, but I honestly can’t think of another character that fits the ESRB description as well as Mr Burton.

Resident Evil: Revelations 2 will release early 2015 for the PC, PS3, PS4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One.
