SimCity Gets Official Release Date

So for those of us that have direly missed being an evil dictator that could rival Chinese democracy, SimCity has announced its official release date after ten years since their last title. Okay, they did release a few other unmentionable ports and sequels on the Wii and DS, but the emphasis here is that we might actually get a good sequel this time. EA today announced that SimCity will be hitting the stores on the 8th of March 2013; so there’s just over a four month wait until you can start your new life as Mayor of SimCity.

Until then you could either continue putting your Sims in a swimming pool and then taking out the steps in Sims 3, go back and play SimCity 4 which is currently £9.99 on Steam and well worth the money, or pre-order your copy of SimCity here at www.SimCity.com
