South Park The Fractured But Whole wants your fart in worldwide talent contest
This is one of the most bizarre campaigns I’ve ever known, but if you’re a fan of the South Park series, this should come as little surprise as South Park: The Fractured But Whole wants your fart and it wants it bad! No this isn’t some kind of porno fetish skit; this is an actual campaign that pokes fun at the endless talent contests that plagued our TV’s.
“I am the Fart” is a contest in which the developers of The Fractured But Whole wants you to record your best farts on video and if your methane fuelled popcorn popping beats are selected, your gas will be used as a sound effect in the game as the New Kid’s “lethal and smelly powerful weapons.”
This challenge is open worldwide and ends on October 16th after which the talented jury which includes the developers, a representative of South Park Digital Studios and Mr. Methane (as seen in the videos below) will select from the world’s finest farts. The contestant that deposits the best fart will then be flown out to San Francisco to record their sound for the game. Simply head on over to www.iamthefart.com for further details.
