Steam Sale: Blur
In 2007 Bizarre Creations was purchased by Activision. Early 2011 saw the closure of the studio after several years of great work. Fans were understandably upset as early Xbox adopters no doubt remember the Project Gotham Racing series. One of the last things Bizarre did before being shuttered was to develop Blur. A game that sees players racing around or through a course picking up boosts and upgrades to unleash on opponents, not unlike Mario Kart. The game is a lot of fun and had a cult following. Unfortunately sales were less than stellar.
This week Steam is hoping to alleviate some of that with their MIDWEEK MADNESS sale. Blur can be had for $5 or £3.75, which is a savings of 75%. The deal ends on April 5th, so make your way to the store now.
