2K Sports have continued their strong promotion of NBA 2K15 with more trailers showcasing a new feature in the highly successful MyPLAYER game mode as well as some of the unique moments which certain players produce during a game. In addition to these moments, the trailer shows of the graphical power that the latest game has, building on the impressive sights seen in NBA 2K14.

Of the two trailers, the biggest reveal is the guidance you are able to receive from real NBA players in MyPLAYER. 2K Sports have recorded useful advice from players from each team in the NBA as well as from coaches. From the trailer, Kevin Durant, James Harden, JJ Reddick, Andre Drummond and Clippers Head Coach Doc Rivers have provided voices for the game mode. This builds on last year’s post-match comments from some of the more important players who would reflect on how a game went and it seems as though these players will be able to react to how you are performing in games and how the team is doing on the court, too.

In regards to the unique moment’s trailer, there is signature moments after a certain player scores points, blocks a shot or enters the court. Some of these moments include Carmelo Anthony’s ‘3 to the dome’ celebration after he hits a shot from beyond the arc, Iman Shumpert’s signature ‘hold my phone’ celebration and Russell Westbrook’s typical emphatic reaction to any points he contributes to the Thunder.

As we edge closer towards the October 10th release date in the UK, NBA 2K15 looks to have built on the success of last year’s title and looks to implement several new features including face scansNBA 2KTV and an improved MyTEAM and MyPLAYER game modes. If you’re a fan of basketball then keep your eye on this one.
